Vineyards
The grapes were harvested between12 March and 7 April 2004 from North- and West-facing vineyards.
Harvest Date
Winemaking
Ripe blackberry Cabernet Sauvignon flavours blend easily with the velvety-rich, plummy fruit of the Merlot. Shiraz adds a spicy, red berry complexity. Maturation in new and used French oak barrels for between 8 and 13months results in a harmonious integration of soft tannins and fruit.
