An Introduction to Bread Making with George Jardine

Learn the processes of hand-made bread with two times Eat Out Chef of the Year George Jardine.

Your day starts with coffee and hand-made pastries 8:00am sharp.
At 8:30am sharp we move to the kitchen and get those clean hands dirty!
George teaches us to make Brioche, a semi-sweet, buttery European bread; great with foie gras, pâté and cheese. Then we move on to a few Italian Stallions, Ciabatta and Focaccia!
At 13:00, relax and enjoy your own bread with lunch and some Jordan Wines to match.
