Bottelary Hills MTB cycle day
The BHRC Ride4Renosterveld mountain bike challenge will take place on Saturday the 15th of October, starting and ending at Jordan Wine Estate, and will offer a challenging 50km route starting at 08:45am, and an intermediate 25km route starting at 09:00am.
The event forms part of the annual Bottelary Hills Conservancy MTB & Eco Weekend from 14-16 October.
Participants can look forward to a combination of testing elevations, flowy single tracks in natural terrain with unsurpassed ocean views, mountains, and vineyards that will take your breath away, (if the climb doesn’t).
Podium prizes are on offer for male and female winners with fun lucky draw prizes during the course of the day. All entries include a bottle of wine, and all finishers will receive a medal.
All funds raised from ride entries will go to the Bottelary Conservancy.
Both routes finish on the Protea lawn at Jordan where friends and family can be waiting to enjoy an afternoon with beautiful views of the Stellenbosch valley and a selection of tasty eats, wines from Jordan, De Morgenzon, Kaapzicht, Neethlingshof and Zevenwacht & live music. The perfect family day out!
