Tariffs are Quoted: Inclusive of VAT. In South African Rands (ZAR). Subject to availability.
Tariffs Changes: All tariffs quoted are subject to change, without prior notice, however, rates quoted for confirmed bookings will be honoured.
Tariffs Include: Luxury accommodation, tea, and coffee, complimentary classic wine tasting per guest per stay. If your room rate includes breakfast at The Cellar Door, between 08h00 and 10h00.
Tariffs Exclude: Gratuities, laundry services, transfers, as well as airport transfers.
Entertainment Credit: Each suite booked will receive hospitality credit which can be put towards deposits at The Jordan Restaurant with Marthinus Ferreira (R 250 only), reserve tastings, tours, dining at The Cellar Door including picnics or dinner baskets, wine and merchandise purchases.
Accommodation: Thirteen luxury air-conditioned suites, two of which are two-bedroom suites, all individually and uniquely decorated. All suites include an en-suite bathroom,
fragrant toiletries, plush bathrobes, Nespresso coffee machines, possibility to have a minibar stocked, complimentary bottle of Jordan wine, veranda with vineyard /garden views, fireplace (in 9 of the 13 suites), free Wi-Fi and satellite TV (chromecast device).
Minimum stay: Please note that during high/peak/festive season we operate a dynamic minimum night stay policy whereby we will seek to accommodate any length of stay provided that the booking does not create an unsellable night.
Wine Farm Activities: Wine cellar tours, wine tastings, vineyard tours, and picnics are available through The Cellar Door. We do recommend booking in advance.
Low Season: To secure your reservation a minimum amount equal to the first night’s stay is required within 7 days of the requested booking. The remaining balance of the payment is due 30 days prior to the date of arrival. Should payment not be received as stipulated, Jordan Luxury Suites reserves the right to cancel a reservation.

The following cancellation fee applies to the full value of the booking:
- If cancelled within 30 days prior to arrival – 25% cancellation fee
- If cancelled within 14 days prior to arrival – 50% cancellation fee
- If cancelled within 7 days prior to arrival or no show – 100% of cancellation fee
The following cancellation guidelines apply to group bookings:
- If you have booked for 3 or more suites and cancel within 30 days of arrival, you will be liable
- for 50% of the cost.
- If cancellation takes place within 7 days of arrival, 100%
- For 3 to 12 suites – if cancelled within seven days prior to arrival or no show, will be subject to
- a full cancellation fee of the value of the accommodation booked.
Children: We accommodate children of all ages. Jordan Luxury Suites has limited baby cots which can be added to Deluxe and Superior Suites. No additional beds can be placed in the parents/ guardian’s room and a 2 Bedroom Suite or additional room will need to be reserved.
Arrival/ Departure: Check-out time is 11h00 the morning of your departure. If you would like a late check-out, please contact reception, the day before you depart to see if this can be arranged. If no arrangements have been made, a half-day rate will be charged to your suite, and settled upon departure. If a late check-out is not possible, we will be more than happy to store your luggage securely for you until such time as you are ready to depart. Check-in time is available from 14h00 until 17h00. Should you be unable to check in between these hours please notify us as soon as possible. Late check-in fee of R 500.00 is applicable for check-in after hours. Late fees charged are at management discretion.

Smoking: South Africa has strict non-smoking laws associated with public spaces and guest accommodations. Jordan is a smoke-free establishment. Please consider other guests by only smoking in designated areas such as the car park and lawn area in front of the wine cellar. Please refrain from smoking in your suite or on the veranda. Guests who smoke in their suites will be charged for any resulting damage and dry-cleaning costs of the furnishings.
Pets: No pets are allowed to overnight in suites nor on the property.
In-suite dinner:
Special dinner baskets can be ordered for private dining in your suite. Menu changes seasonally. A dinner set-up will be done on your patio between 16h00-17h00. All food is kept safe and warm by using Wonderbags. Please order your in-suite dinner service directly with reception, 24 hrs in advance: reservations@jordanwines.com
