The Villa
The Villa boasts the best view in Stellenbosch and is the primary dwelling on Jordan Wine Estate. Overlooking the famous Nine Yards vineyard,
the newly renovated Villa forms the pinnacle of the accommodation offering. The east-facing home is erected on the saddle of Jordan Wine Estate,
where the landscape splits from its east-facing ridge to the west. Built to enhance the spectacular panoramic views, whilst still being protected from
the False Bay breezes by a forested hillside.
The Villa is perfectly designed for long-term stays and decorated to complete the contemporary, farmhouse feel. Perched on top of the hill, it’s quiet
and tranquil, with the interior reflecting a confident style synonymous with Jordan. The large open-plan kitchen, entertainment area, and dramatic
pool, located on the western flank of The Villa, forms the cornerstone of this ultimate Winelands getaway.
The Villa has five large bedrooms, each with their own en-suite bathroom. The two rooms situated on the main level, is easily accessible for the elderly or a young family. There are three beautifully decorated rooms on the top floor with panoramic views of the vineyards, Stellenbosch Kloof Valley, and Stellenbosch Mountains. The Villa can accommodate ten adults, in five bedrooms, with the family bedroom accommodating an extra two young children.
Guests have the option to book the three second-floor suites at a rate of R27,625.00 per night for up to six guests sharing. Additional suites such as the poolside suite and the family room are available at their respective rates. The family room can accommodate up to three guests with no additional costs, upon prior arrangement. Please note that the poolside suite and family room cannot be booked individually and are only available as additions to the original booking of the three suites.
To ensure a memorable stay, there are various experiences that can be pre-booked in addition to tailor your visit.
Additional options include a private wine tasting with the winemaker or a vineyard tour experience.

Three (3) bottles (750ml) of Estate range wines of your choice per day
Five Estate wine tasting per adult at The Cellar Door
Breakfast at The Cellar Door or a continental style at The Villa
R1000 hospitality credit per room per day
